The eureleA accepts project entries in two different categories:

In Category I - Technology Supported Learning we assemble all technology supported educational projects from private enterprises, business associations, public administration or educational bodies. Entries are evaluated according to the following four dimensions, for each of these dimensions an eureleA will be awarded:

A  Project impact:
Sustainability, reach, cost/use ratio

B  Project management:
Steering, documentation, evaluation, transferability

C  Media didactics:
Appearance, interactivity, target group orientation

D Technical realization:
Innovation, usability standards

In Category II - Public Relations we assemble all projects and persons from press, journalism and reporting, as well as authors, blogs and portals. The dimensions of evaluation are:

A horizontal reach:
Value to learning professionals, value to the community

B vertical reach:
Interaction of several user groups - does a newcomer profit from expert knowledge ?

C Media didactics:
Text quality, pictures, is the language adequate for the target group?

D Knowledge  and research depth
