Bestes Public Relation Projekt - Best Public Relation Project

The eureleA 2009 in the category of Best PR project was presented to the Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority (Brottsoffermyndigheten) for the project „The court Introduction“. From the statement of the jury:„Equality before the law can be achieved only on the basis of equal, or at least sufficiently similar knowledge of procedures. To know, how the procedures of justice and law are at work in a modern courthouse is therefore a mandatory requirement for a democratic state.The Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority (Brottsoffermyndigheten) therefore has published not only an excellent piece of eLearning, but has served democracy in doing so.The jury presents the European eLearning Award 2009 in the category „Public Relation“ to the project „The Court Introduction“ by the Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority (Brottsoffermyndigheten), because in addressing the general public it makes an outstanding use of the means of modern eLearning.“The donations were presented by Dr. Jacqueline Henning for ILT Solutions GmbH and by Ms Anne Wiegand for time4you GmbH.  --Der eureleA 2009 in der Kategorie Bestes PR Projekt ging an die schwedische Agentur für die Entschädigung und Unterstützung von Verbrechensopfern (Brottsoffermyndigheten,  Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority)  für das Projekt „the Court Introduction“. Aus der Begründung der Jury.

„Gleichheit vor dem Gesetz kann nur auf der Basis gleicher, oder jedenfalls hinreichend ähnlicher Kenntnis der Prozeduren existieren. Das Wissen darum, welche Prozeduren von Recht und Gesetz in einem modernen Gerichtssaal ablaufen, ist deshalb eine zwingende Notwendigkeit in einem demokratischen Staat.

Die schwedische Agentur für die Entschädigung und Unterstützung von Verbrechensopfern (Brottsoffermyndigheten,  Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority) hat darum nicht nur ein exzellentes eLearning-Produkt veröffentlicht, sondern dadurch die Demokratie gestützt.

Die Jury verleiht den European eLearning Award 2009 in der Kategorie „Public Relation“ an das Projekt „The Court Introduction“ der schwedischen Agentur für die Entschädigung und Unterstützung von Verbrechensopfern (Brottsoffermyndigheten,  Swedish Crime Victim Compensation and Support Authority), weil es sich bei seiner Adressierung der Allgemeinheit in besonders herausragender Weise der Mittel des modernen eLearning bedient.“
